Each Siluet piece is carefully packed and shipped with attention to detail.

Processing Time

• On-hand items: Ship within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

• Pre-order items: Made-to-order and may take up to 8 weeks to be completed and shipped.
  You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance or local courier delays.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days for on-hand items, please contact siluet.label@gmail.com

Delays or Lost Packages

While rare, shipping delays may occur due to customs inspection or courier handling.
Siluet is not liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking your package whenever possible.

Why It Takes 8 Weeks

Time is part of our craft. Each Siluét piece begins with the careful sourcing of natural fabrics, cut, sewn, and finished one at a time. Every step that follows is intentional: the silk is cut on the true bias, the seams refined by hand, and the fit shaped through measured precision. We don’t rush beauty.

The process takes up to 8 (eight) weeks because we create in small, deliberate batches only after a piece is chosen and an order is placed. This approach allows us to minimize waste and ensure that every garment receives the time and attention it deserves. We create only what is needed. Nothing is rushed; nothing is mass-produced.

Pre-Order Batch Schedule

Each Siluét piece is made in small, intentional batches. Production begins only after the order window closes. Each batch takes 8 weeks to complete at maximum, ensuring every garment is crafted with precision and care. 

How It Works

1. Place your pre-order before the cut-off.

2. Once the order window closes, your piece enters production.

3. Every piece is cut, sewn, and finished by hand within 8 weeks.

4. When your batch completes, your order is shipped with a tracking update.

Return & Refund

We accept returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery, provided they remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics, custom, pre-order, and sale items are final and not eligible for return.

 with your order details. Once approved, you may ship the item back at your own cost.

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and reviewed.

Care - Silk Bias

Dry clean recommended. Hand wash cold gently with silk detergent if necessary; reshape and hang to dry. Avoid tumble drying and direct heat. Iron on low setting from wrong side or steam.
